02Who operates this site
Olympus Engine is operated by Atlas Saint Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a principal address at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 ("we," "us," "our").
03What this site is
Olympus Engine is a private access offer built around a diagnostic, an application, and Lamar Hale's operator network. Depending on your diagnostic answers, you may be shown a free resource, an invitation to a paid diagnostic or research offer, an invitation to apply for private access, or a referral to a done-for-you build conversation. Access to any tier is not automatic and is granted at our sole discretion.
04Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site or apply for access. By applying, you confirm that the information you submit, including your business details and diagnostic answers, is accurate and your own.
05The diagnostic and application process
The diagnostic is a self-reported assessment. Your score, and the offer you are routed to, are based on the answers you give us. We reserve the right to change the diagnostic, its scoring, or the offers connected to it at any time.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a response within any specific timeframe, or access to any tier, program, or introduction. Every application is reviewed personally. Acceptance is at our sole discretion.

Nothing on this site, in the diagnostic, in your results, or in any communication from us is financial, legal, investment, tax, or credit advice. We are not a law firm, financial institution, or licensed advisor, and nothing here should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed professional. Any figures, case results, testimonials, or outcomes referenced on this site are real and reflect the experiences of specific people and businesses. 09Intellectual property
Everything on this site, including the diagnostic, its questions and scoring logic, the copy, design, graphics, and any downloadable resources, belongs to Atlas Saint Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use this site and its resources for your own personal or business reference. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use our materials to build a competing offer without our written permission.
10Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site. That means no submitting false information in the diagnostic or application, no attempting to access parts of the site you are not authorized to use, no scraping or automated data collection, and no using the site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Saint Enterprises LLC and its owners, officers, and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site, the diagnostic, your application, or any referral made through our network. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to us directly in the twelve months before the claim.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Saint Enterprises LLC from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site, your violation of these terms, or the information you submit to us.
13Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
